Preheat the air fryer to 390 degrees Fahrenheit. If your air fryer does not have a preheat option, then run the air fryer at 390 degrees Fahrenheit for 5 minutes to warm it up.
In a large mixing bowl, toss together the cauliflower florets, olive oil, lemon juice, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
Place the cauliflower in a single layer in the air fryer. You may have to work in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.
Air fry at 390 degrees Fahrenheit for 10-15 minutes, shaking the basket every 3-4 minutes, until the cauliflower is browned on the edges.
Remove from the air fryer, serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
You can use avocado oil or vegetable oil instead of olive oil if you prefer. Refrigerate any leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3-4 days. Reheat the leftovers in the air fryer for 1-2 minutes to make the cauliflower crispy again when enjoying the leftovers.
